Make a list by room
For each room, name the connection, approximate length and observed change. For example: bathroom – bath edge – separated seal; kitchen – worktop – discoloured connection.
Match the photos
Provide an overview and detail for each area. Use the same names in the description. Record different materials and previous repairs by area.
State priorities
Which work matters most? Mention a property handover, planned renovation or different access times. A preferred date still needs to be agreed.
Read the quote by area
Check that every requested area appears in the scope. Clarify missing items and further checks before commissioning. A shared appointment does not mean one installation suits every area.
