Primers are chosen per substrate absorption (e.g., clinker, fair‑faced concrete, fibre cement). We verify weather and dew point; application only on dry, load‑bearing flanks.

Application & control

Use UV‑stable systems and protect adjacent surfaces from contamination. Transitions at profile joints and material changes are re‑worked separately. Apply sealant without bubbles, fill the joint evenly and tool to a slightly concave profile. Maintain movement capability; remove masking in due time and verify edge adhesion. Random cut‑and‑pull checks, width/depth measurements and visual inspection are recorded.
